Downgrade your HP Printer Firmware to the previous version

*Please note: There is no disadvantage to downgrading your printer's firmware.

Step 1

Configure your printer to allow firmware downgrades by the steps below:

Step 2

Download or originate the .exe application file applicable in imitation of you printer's model wide variety below. Once downloaded, conduct the firmware downgrade software program found inside.

Select from the dropdown box, your Printer's model number and click 'Send Firmware' button as shown below...



Step 4


A status bar will be displayed while the firmware is being applied to the printer. Once complete, please Exit.
